ERNi-1 TIG Rod
ERNi-1 pure nickel welding wire is a specialized welding material used for surfacing steel and welding dissimilar materials such as steel and nickel. It is primarily used for welding 200 and 201 nickel alloys, nickel-plated steel plates, and joining steel to nickel.

This welding wire is used for tungsten inert gas welding, gas metal arc welding, and submerged arc welding of pure nickel. It is also used for surfacing of steel. The reaction between titanium and carbon keeps the free carbon content low, allowing the filler metal to be used for welding pure nickel. The weld metal exhibits good corrosion resistance, especially in alkaline media.
